Every active member of the workspace is a seat. Seats sync to your subscription automatically with proration when people join or leave.

Usage and session metadata: token counts, model and agent names, repo and branch names, timing, identifiers, tool counts, relative filenames and device details. Prompt text, tool argument payloads, file contents and absolute paths are excluded. The optional Ticket Beta adds Git evidence and selected provider metadata.

Passcard calculates cost from token usage and published model API prices, checked hourly. Subscriptions, credits and discounts can change what your provider charges. Session details explain inferred token counts and fallback model prices where they apply. Price changes apply to later usage, while earlier usage keeps its historical rate.

From Billing in Passcard or the Paddle customer portal linked in your invoices. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period, then the workspace returns to Free.
